The staff were very responsive and extremely helpful, and the room was well-equipped with an amazing view, making everything great overall.

The room we had included a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The bathroom was nice with a bathtub.

I was happy with hotel's good location in the perfect area. Loved the room with very comfortable bed, my bed was extremely comfy. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were a plus. The personnel was amicable and particularly helpful, and the host too. Food was outstanding and I have nothing but lovely memories from this trip.

The room at Aiello Rooms was absolutely amazing! The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the extra touches like the pillow menu. It felt like a luxury hotel, and I slept like a baby. The room was very cozy with a flat-screen TV and a kettle. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The private bathroom had a spacious shower and they even provided complimentary toiletries. It made me feel pampered and refreshed.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the air conditioning. I found it a bit too cold for my preference.

We loved being able to leave our luggage until 2 pm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the room was well-equipped with a fridge and safety box.

During my Christmas stay, I was thrilled with the exceptional apartment I stayed in. It was incredibly comfortable and clean, providing me with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, as it was very near the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, having a nice pizzeria around the corner was a bonus. One of the best aspects was the warm and welcoming people I encountered in the city. They made me feel at home and added to the overall amazing experience.

The lack of suggestions for dining options and things to do in the area. A little guidance in this regard would have been helpful, especially for solo travelers.

We stayed at Aiello Rooms for a week and loved it! The room was modern, tidy, and comfortable, with a friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a safe, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the walk to Piazza di Duomo and also had the option of taking the tram. The nearby metro station was only a 3-minute walk away. a great place to stay in Milan.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
